1. £40 non - refundable deposit is required for all bridal bookings and £10 non refundable deposit for all bookings £25 and over. This is deducted from your final balance and secures your event date.
2. Dates are held for five days after quotes are sent out. If deposit is not paid within this time, your date will become open for other clients.
3. Travel fees are charged at 50 pence per mile out-with 10 mile radius of KY13 0PP.
4. Cancellation within 28 days of wedding date will be charged in full
5. Three person minimum for all bridal bookings. If booking hair and make-up, a min of 3 must book in for both services.
6. Discounts given for bookings of 6 or more people. Please enquire for more information.
7. Deposits should be paid via our on-line store. All other bookings should be paid in cash on the day of appointment.
8. Bridal balances should be paid 14 days prior to the event date and can be paid by cash, bank transfer or paypal (£5 surcharge applicable)
9. Trials are payable on day of appointment.
10. Clients photos may be used for social media updates and publicity.
11. In the highly unlikely scenario of your specified Stylist being unable to attend your Event (due to unforeseen circumstances such as bereavement, serious illness or a random act of God) we will in the first instance, offer you an alternative stylist from our team, and provide them with all the notes and photos taken at the trial. If you took this option, we would also offer you a 5% refund.
